Chris of the Dallas Gate company installed a electric gate operator in late June, 2019 for our fence gate. It stopped working in late October 2019. He charged us $3400 for the electric gate operator. Now I am stuck with a non-functional gate operator, not able to open the fence gate. The warranty has: One year warranty on labor, 3 year warranty on operator. Called Chris, left voice mail, txt him, emailed him, asking him to honor his warranty. Asked him to either fix the problem, or refund the money back to us. Please honor t... read more

This company is the best, they save me alot of money. I was told by another company I would have to replace my gate operator as it is a older model an was going to cost 2800. I wanted to get a second opinion so I called Dallas Gate Company they came out the next day and replaced a relay and had it going again for under 200. Anyone have gate problems I would definitely recommend Dallas Gate Company. Thank y'all so much.
