Overpriced, customer service support was very dry! Paying for parking $25 a day on top of that!!! Charging an additional $40 a night to make sure to cover the use of the $15 bottle of water, coffee, glasses, etc! Tv did not work! No alarm unless use TV which didn’t work! Hours of bar and food were not convenient! No other convenient food, grocery near it! Definitely not a place I would ever choose! Not worth the $500 for 2 nights and being gone for work till 10pm 1st night and 9 pm 2nd night!
This property has really taken a nosedive. We arrived to discover hidden parking fees. Then we decided to go relax by the pool but discovered a green slime in the outdoor pool, indicating that the pool had not been properly maintained. Lastly, we made it to the front door to catch the 6:30 shuttle to the airport. Around 6:40 an employee came out and said that she didn’t see anyone up front and that the driver wasn’t coming in to work until 7:00.
