Everything was going well until checkout. The guy at the desk said he would send an invoice to my email, yet I had already paid when I checked in??? Anyway I still haven’t received the email, and then I found out they have charged me twice for 2 nights!! Still waiting to be contacted by anyone from the hotel, despite reaching out to Marriott. Very poor service.

Stayed here to be close to the airport for a 7am flight. Clerk at check in was very hospitable. Shower was soothing and bed was comfortable. Great view with a balcony and you can see the airport. Shuttle was on time and 24 hours.

Worst experience ever!!! 1. Waited 2hour for the shuttle in 40 degree freezing cold weather. Sorry excuses also walk in on the staff complaining bout me. 2. Finally arrived to my room and it’s freezing the heat blows lukewarm so it stays cold mind u it’s 40 degrees. The maintenance states can’t be fixed because it’s normally not cold (confuse with that excuse) Ask for another room conveniently all booked. If it wasn’t 1am I would have definitely ran to another hotel.

I waited over an hour from 10:45pm to 11:59pm on a Monday for the shuttle to this hotel l. Still end up getting an uber. There is no way you can claim to have shuttles every 30 minutes and not one shows up for over an hour after I have called the hotel 4 times
