Martin from Dallas Finest Construction did a great job helping us update our old garage into an art studio. Our house is 90 years old, and the garage was an accumulation of old remodels done poorly. Martin's crew took it to the studs, drywalled, replaced doors, added a proper garage door, and solved a lot other difficult problems along they way including a mismatched concrete floor, poor lighting, and zero insulation. What I like about this company. Martin communicates with you keeping you informed, with updates or any issues. Also, you don't give them upfront money for the materials. Also, Martin will establish a Price quote agreement and honor it.
