The office staff is horrible. After waiting almost 2 hours for a scheduled appointment last week, and complaining about it, my lab results are now being held hostage because if a charge for a back adjustment that was bever billed to my insurance company (and btw, I was never told about this charge) Its really sad to see a good doctor surround himself with bad support staff because it doesn't really breed trust and confidence. Sad.
My husband and I started going to Dallas family medicine several years back because of the later hours and weekends that they are open. That is about the only good thing about this facility. They care that we received was okay not awesome.If you ever get any lab results done here don't expect for them to ever call you back. You will have to call them for the results. Then you will have to pay another copay and your insurance will be charged to be able to know your results.the final straw was when I took my son in for major f... read more
Staff is very very rude, long faces, doctor assistant is cold. Felt extremely uncomfortable. Where did they get the staff from ? PRISON
