He graduated from medical school in 1967 in Johannesburg, South Africa, and has been in general family practice for 40 years, 34 of those in Dallas. His special interests are general preventative care, diagnosis and treatment of clinical problems in patients of all ages.

Had interview with Samantha Cooper to be my new primary care physician...she was extremely accusing and rude and INTEROGATED me ..NOT compassionate or kind. Was irritated with my poor communicating skills. I was terrified. I cried all day and night. I never want to see her again. I just want to WARN potential patients...
Extremely RUDE desk & phone manners. I am a new patient and it is very sad that my first visit this new doctor did not go well. They didn’t refill the important medications that were needed like she said she would. This caused me to have to call up to the office the following day. I had to call 3 different times because the incredibly rude people seemed to think I was the one at fault for THEM not sending the MYChart code. Went there for an appointment, forgot my ID and they refused my service. I'd give them negative stars if possible. Extremely unprofessional in my opinion.
Never had a chance to see the doctor, but due to their policy, I could not see the doctor because I saw another doctor at Texas Health. So basically, I can not see two doctors at Texas Health regardless of whether physical or if I am sick.
I could not be happier with my physician at Texas Health Family Care, Dallas.. Her care and communication is consistent and professional. She is knowledgeable. My frustration is with the practice at large. It is disorganized, there is a lack of follow through, length of time to get a refill is absurd and promised return calls haven't happened.
