I booked my appointment with Nicolette Keys online, and it was utter garbage from beginning to end (for which I had the privilege of paying $350). First, when you book an appointment with a place called Dallas ENT, you expect your appointment to be with… an ENT! My “provider” turned out to be a physician’s assistant.
