Update, The insurance company contacted me unexpectedly and sent me a check for the cost of the earrings. I wished I could have the set but at least they made this right.
I was there having both an upper endoscopy and colonoscopy. The front staff was pleasant enough but seemed a bit gruff. The anesthesiologist Allen or Adam was arrogant, rude and full of himself. He chastised me for tensing up while he was putting in the IV, talking to me in a condescending manner and called me overweight three times (he himself is not the picture of health).
