My experience was similar to Kathy Smith a year ago, only Kevin Travis finally showed up with his team. I wish there was an option for no stars. He never set foot on the property after his workers arrived. They completed the job(I thought) he never physically inspected the work. Great service and workers my dad is a very good worker and he deserves a raise
Company responded to my request last Friday stating a rep would come look at my issues this past Monday, Jan 7th, 2019. I got a message Monday at 9am stating something happened and they could not make it, but would get back to me asap with a date/time. > 36 hours later and after sending pictures of my issue yesterday Jan 9th and additional email today, i have recieved Zero Communication from this company.
