The representative’s door-to-door visit was extremely aggressive. The knocking was so forceful it sounded like the door was being kicked, which genuinely scared everyone in the house and woke up our sleeping baby. This is not an acceptable or professional way to approach potential customers. It felt threatening and left a very negative impression.
Never been more pleased with any company, anywhere! Excellent customer service. Excellent communication. I was kept abreast of every step of the process. Nick walked me through the service area so I could see the process when I dropped off my vehicle. Getting it back washed and detailed was like getting a brand new car!! Can’t recommend enough!!!
Kirby made everything super easy for my wife and I to get our vehicles fixed in a timely matter. They didn't miss a single hail hit. I 100% recommend them.

Believe the reviews! Dallas Dent definitely delivers first class service AND results. An SUV in parking lot left large dent in my driver side door. A simple phone call & email exchange with Dallas Dent got me a repair estimate, service appointment and an absolute perfect repair. They even touched up other nicks on my car that were unrelated to dent. Saying they surpassed expectations would be an understatement. Highly recommend!
