So much energy from the instructors & class participants! Music was great too. Instructors don’t have microphones but could hear them well in the space. Loved the class & will be back. They were very welcoming to new participants too. Would like the pace of the moves to be faster & more athletic although it’s a true dance class!
Really happy to have found those dance fitness classes: all the teachers are fantastic so far and the group of participants is of a reasonable size and very friendly.

So happy to have found DDF!! It is not just about the fabulous teachers, fun classes, great music but the new friends I have made of all ages. A judge free place to just DANCE!! Most fun workout.
Words cannot describe how much sheer joy these classes and teachers have brought me over the past year and a half. I forgot how wonderful it is to dance and how much happiness it brings me! While there are a lot of former drill team/dance teamers, a newbie can totally get an awesome workout and do fine, especially after you attend a few times!!
