I am very disappointed by the level of professionalism that is practiced at Dallas CPR Education. I had booked my class about 10 days in advance and took a day off from work to complete the course. It was important for me to complete my CPR on that specific day since any delay could have affected my start date at a new job. Dallas CPR Education canceled my class few hours prior to class. The instructor was great and since I was the only one in the class it was quick. I still haven't received my CPR card however, and the customer service regarding the follow up has been lousy.
Canceled my class at last minute.
Very unprofessional, do not recommend. I had an appointment scheduled for 4:15, and I waited for 30 minutes before I finally left because my instructor never showed up. I had been texting with the instructor before and let him/her know that I was there, and there was never a response. I called the main office on my way home, and I was told that "there was a mishap with the instructor, and the class is going to be rescheduled."
