This tax assessor and collector office will not accept out of county cross registration renewal. Even though this new law has been on the books for over 2 yrs. Not a modern and up-to-date office.
Naisa was excellent. I had to do an out of state title transfer and she helped me take care of that in 7 minutes. Very efficient and courteous service. Thank you!!

I had the best customer service experience with Darren Horrell! I came in with a question about my property taxes, and he went above and beyond to help me. He was incredibly patient, going through every single document with me and making sure I fully understood everything. Honestly the people in this office need to be fired for incompetency. I would ask that anyone trying to go here use another tax office to get their registration done. I’ve been to this office 3 times to register my vehicle to find out they messed up on something. This last time, they mailed back a title to the bank after they confirmed with me via email they had it. I spent 2 hours in their office while they “looked” for the document they wrongfully mailed back to the bank! Completely ridiculous.
