It was extremely crowded and very busy, but the employees, I have to give them a handicap. They kept those lines moving. Be prepared to be there 1-2 hours, put at least $3 worth of quarters [only] in the meter or QR Code pay same . They seating is limited as well so be prepared to sit in the lobby. Nice people though. I applaud the workers though. Good attitudes too
Enrique level of a authority is misused. Enrique finds satisfaction in finding problems in the process versus offering the customer solutions. I came in for title and registration for a customer. I was sent away, because I did not have a completed inspection. I came back with a fax copy of the inspection and Enrique told me, he couldn't find the inspection in his system and would need to get the original copy. worst tax office ever some of the employees will ignore you etc they dont care will not be coming to this tax office in the future
Some of these young reps at this location have a power trip and they find the most minute things, once you fix that issue you go back thinking everything is good, then they find another issue. I stopped going here due to that issue and also you always need to pay for parking.
Positive side was that no line and was called right away. I was trying to register vehicle for my customer as a Dealer when my dealership is not in Dallas County but customer who bought car lives in Dallas County. I am pretty certain that on DMV it states that Dealer can do registration either in county of where dealership us or where the customer lives. Manager didn't know about this and said that Dallas county don't do that and spoke on behalf of whole county when I am pretty sure that wrong information. I believe refreshe... read more
