I came to pickup some freight and take almost 1 hr to get out only 3 truck was line use to be very quick this getting slower and slower .
I'm always impressed with how the govt staff here make things easy - they're friendly, patient, the space is clean and calming. We just heard them invite everyone to celebrate an award one of the staff just received for customer service. It was nice to hear everyone clapping for someone they didn't know - thanks for the cup-filler Dallas County Tax Office! And Steven Hurdle who helped us (and happened to be the award winner too :))...
Does anyone answer calls here? The officer who came to my wreck gave me this phone number, asked me to call them for a copy of the report. Hours on the phone waiting for anyone to pick up. Embarrassing for Dallas.
