My son was murdered in Dallas county in 2017 February 3 by Shaquila Bershaye King killing my son Case #F1775162 my son had to fly home in a cold box while she living her life when I got in touch with them they didn't s about his case I need someone to get in touch with Dallas county attorney general office are me I'm his mother he left eight children my son name is Untray Spencer I want justice I'm not resting
Be carefully with this agency .Willy the mediator attempted for me to agree on agreement to loos all custodianship of my kids for easy policy protocol . Did not wana help mediat on behalf of both parents but rather the state procedure.
Do NOT make your case a interstate case. TX sucks at communicating with the other state and all the reps are rude as hell. Especially in chat. You would think this is the first interstate case Tx has even been involved with being that nobody seems to know what’s going on. Payments been held for 6+ months. Not one person has cared to help. Not one call back from case worker.
I had Child Support Court at this location here many many many years ago. And I still have not received my Child Support Payment ever!!!!!!!
