The process of submitting a new request on line was fast and easy. They called back within 24 hours. I was excited to speak with Lynn Meyer and proceed through the process. In our conversation, Lynn asked for my billing and insurance information and told me that her office person would be calling to verify benefits and calling me back with the details.
