My husband and I just took a 'couples class' making Mi-cuit chocolate cakes. Chef Zach was so kind and knowledgeable and made cooking fun and easy (and delicious). We can't wait to try our hand at making Mi-cuit cakes at home. And we definitely hope to go back for another class with Chef Zach to make a new chocolate treat!
