Our puppy chewed up part of the carpet on our busy stair landing, so we reached out to get it fixed using some extra carpet from the closet. Damon was extremely helpful and honest—he explained that because of the high-traffic area and wear, patching it might not blend in well. Instead of just doing it anyway, Damon suggested a different solution that worked out perfectly. This is the third time I’ve had Dallas Carpet Cleaning clean my carpets, and each visit has been great. Taylor called ahead before arriving, which I really appreciated. We discussed a good plan for cleaning the high-traffic areas, and they did a fantastic job removing spots from my stairs and the area rug. Dallas Carpet Cleaning did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets, sofas, and pillows. Damon arrived right on time, worked fast and efficiently, and made sure everything was spotless before leaving.
