Very unprofessional experience. I do not recommend this shop. Items were missing from my vehicle after service, I was overcharged, and my car was driven by individuals who did not appear to be employees. Overall, extremely disappointing and concerning. Tint is not $25 as advertised
I had a great experience at Dallas Car Audio! I went there to get some audio work done on my car and the whole team was very friendly and welcoming. Alex helped me out and made everything really easy to understand. Everyone was straightforward and honest, and I never felt like anyone was trying to take advantage of me. I stopped by this audio shop to get my window tint, new speakers, and a new system installed, and they did not disappoint. The customer service was on point from the moment I walked in. They walked me through all my options, didn’t try to upsell me, and the turnaround time was way faster than I expected.
