Dallas Calibration Services has been our calibration service provider for over five years. We are in pharmaceutical industry, and our business must comply with FDA, CFR, and USP regulations, which require our production equipment to be up-to-date and properly documented. Dallas Calibration Services has consistently helped us achieve this by sending timely calibration reminders and calibrating new equipment with relatively short turnaround times. Their team is always friendly and highly professional.
We have used them for years , exceptional service , even hand carried 5 big torque wrenches to access road as my goose neck trailer wouldn't fit there . GREAT PEOPLE !!!
They provide the best customer service.
Gregg runs a fantastic business, Jessica is great at making sure everything is taken care of, correctly, the first time. Can't say enough good things about them, all of our calibrations will be done with them from now on.
