Awesome customer service and attention to detail.
We were off to a good start at the beginning of 2023. Service was responsive and good prices. We had trouble with through the middle of that year where we discovered that several of our no-go gages were calibrated by DCS to the wrong spec. DCS corrected them at no charge. To help mitigate reoccurrence with the next round here in 2024 I asked they provide the nominal dimension on the certification. I was abruptly told by DCS to take my business elsewhere. As an automotive tech, I've been bringing my torque wrenches here to be calibrated for over a year now. They are friendly people to get to know, and they do good work for a good price.
They were very professional and did an exceptional job with My equipment. They went above and beyond packaging up my equipment in bubble wrap inside of a box even thought it was already in a pelican Box. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their tools calibrated.
