The lights went out during my party on the 6th floor for an hour and a half and what did they do? Nothing they told me I could stay until 1 am since the lights went out and they started cleaning at 12 PM, I’ve been trying to get in contact with the owner John for 2 days and hasn’t reached back out. I had my wedding reception at this venue a year ago today (November 2024). For about 90 minutes the power went out in the entire building. My wedding reception was held on the 7th floor. When the power went out, there were guests who were stuck in the elevator… For 90 minutes! The Dallas Fire Department had to come and extricate people from all 4 elevators.
