Buyer Beware, they tell you, you can call and extend core return by 3 or 4 days at time of purchase Then when you call to extend by a day they tell you no company policy does not let you extend it, We have 3 mechanics shops in east Texas and buy lots of parts from DFW and have bought from here several several times this year, Yet to be told that the policy has changed afterwards, I am truly hoping I was just speaking to someone that did not know better but I for once am very disappointed in this place. called 2 times to check if they had a transmission in stock. carparts.com showed they have 5 on hand. told the salesman I was headed his way to pick the transmission up the 2nd time I called. told him it would take me almost 2 hours to get there. he said no problem. drove all the way there only to walk in and have him tell me the transmission he quoted me on was broken. really you couldn't check that the first time I called and told you I would be coming to get it? the fact that it was raining made me feel like they just did... read more
