This past Monday I purchased a 2005 Chrysler Town and Country Limited van (one owner and the vehicle only had 96,000 miles on it) from Dallas Auto Mart. Dallas Auto Mart has a great selection of late model cars that are reasonably priced. The entire staff is extremely nice and helpful. They all, from the owners, salespeople and mechanic, made our experience very pleasant. We purchased a car for our daughter to go off to college and she is so happy with it! I’m sure we will be repeat customers.
We had the best, easiest experience with Dallas Auto Mart. We worked with Steve and Richard. They worked really hard to get my son into a great car that he could afford. I will be going back there in a couple of weeks to look for another car for my other son. Ask for salesman Steve Evans.
The entire crew was awesome! they have created a welcoming environment and honest practices. Richard made the process very easy and quick. Definitely recommend using them to find great deals on used vehicles.
Buyer BEWARE. I shopped with Richard. I bought an Infiniti QX80. I had to get an extended warranty that cost me over $3000 that they said was a power train warranty but he forgot to mention that it is part specific and does not cover a lot of the repairs on the power train. The timing chain was damaged and consequentially did over $7000 in damages. The warranty only covers a small portion of the repairs and my responsibility is nearly $4000…so far!
