The place has become a horrible place for me to visit. The front office is unprofessional, rude and has no sense of empathy. I cont. to come here only for treatments. I ABSOLUTELY DESPISE THIS OFFICE SINCE DR. GENTA LEFT!!
My husband and I both had appointments with Dr Genta on the same day, one after the other. Our medical assistants were Maricruz and Joanna. They were both very helpful with answering our questions before Dr Genta came in which saved time for all of us.
I had a wonderful experience with Dr Genta, the nurses as well as the receptionist were friendly, supportive and informative, I’m glad my doctor referred me to this office.
