My first Reiki session I did not know what to expect. Daljit was super helpful and explained everything to me. I went in feeling anxious, frustrated, and was experiencing shoulder pain. But during the session, I was deeply calm/relaxed, and shockingly my shoulder pain was gone after the session too! I’ve never meditated before, but Reiki was amazing! I’ll definitely be going again. Thanks, Daljit! I felt so relaxed and at ease after the session.
