I am surprised to see so many rave reviews for Dr. Shah. After receiving Covid vaccinations in March of 2021 I had several reactions. One was severe rashes that broke out from the top of my head to my ankles. I still had the rash to a lesser degree when I saw Dr. Shah a few months later for an annual physical. Other doctors from this practice are good but her. Not friendly nor kind. I felt discriminated by her remarks. Overall terrible experience. Also I had to wait 30 min and only got to talk to her for 25 min. She also said I was taking up her time bc other patients are waiting. I normally don't post review but I feel I should this time.
Dr.Mirmira has been my primary care provider for 7 years. Attentive and thourough. I live in Marin and still drive to Alameda to see him as needed and routine care. Highly recommend.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Mirmira over 7 years plus and not once has my Doctor ever missed an appointment for me! Wonderful. I can say she is the best medical practitioner I have had in my life. Doctors have come and gone, showing no real concern as they move on. Leaving me, the patient, with the untenable duty to replace them. I hope to keep her well into the future.
Accessibility to one’s Primary Care Physician in this office is zero to very limited. When you call at 8:00 a.m. to get an appointment with your PCP, none is available that day but more likely one month or more into the future. Thus, you end up with someone other than an MD or your PCP, a video conference, or a referral to their urgent care facility where an appointment is not always readily available either. Dr Louie became my primary care physician about 2 years ago. He answers all my email queries within a couple of hours, patiently and thoroughly explains things to me, and takes immediate action when necessary. One of the best doctors I have had — ever.
