This place is going down, floors disgusting dirty, smell of smoke on the stair ways. Many times the garbage disposal is full to the top. No one is really taking care of these matters. We need serious attention. Este lugar se está cayendo, los pisos sucios, olor a cigarrillo en los pasillos de las escaleras, los dispositivos de la basura muchas veces llenos hasta el tope. Nadie hace nada al respecto. Necesitamos mediadas drásticas.
When a "Reasonable Accommodation" is requested, tenants are either told that we are not "Assisted Living", or "If you do not like it here, why don't you move.". The head office will side with their staff, and not honor legitimate complaints from tenants. Should you pursue resolution, they will send attorney "Cease" letters. Ingerman Management has possibly sold their portfolio, and there is zero accountability.
Management lacks the ability to resolve crucial problems in a timely manner, and the lack of communication results in a very chaotic atmosphere. It does not operate as a "55+" community, and grievances are treated as mere complaints which are ignored. To be a designated Smoke-Free community, the levels of second-hand smoke is at least 70%. The elderly are spoken to/treated like mere children and this needs to change.
Over the last 3yrs maintenance has not really existed. This place was lovely 7 yrs ago. Now it's an embaressment to have guests walk into this place. It is always filthy. What was a beautiful entrance is now a lobby that has missing, and mismatched furniture. Disgraceful.
