RecommendedI have lived here for 9 months the office staff has been the best I’ve ever had!! Amanda and Araceli have been so helpful when I have needed anything. They are truly a caring office about their residents. The maintenance team also is great and fast with any calls I’ve made they have been efficient. Thank you all I appreciate you !!

The staff at Dalian 151 is amazing and made my new apartment transition so seamless. Araceli went above and beyond to ensure that the process went smoothly. They were even helpful during lunch hours, with Amanda's assistance as well. Great teamwork ladies!
I enjoyed the beautiful poolside living and the fact that maintenance always kept up with the pool and grilling area. There are many places to sit to enjoy the pool and the CrossFit workout areas are nice for yoga and jump squats all the gym equipment is operable and top-notch

Still trying to get a hold of someone about an outstanding invoice. Going past 2 weeks since they said they were going to pay. Locators expect to not hear back on your invoices.
My experience at dalian 151 was great ! I enjoyed the beautiful apartments and their updated amenities. Their still new so their making some changes. I hope they can keep up with them since a lot of people are getting in because of the broken fence ..
I have liked living here for the most part however, the gates have been broken for over a month. This morning a car parked 2 spaces over from me had the window broken and all 4 tires stolen. We pay a lot of money to live in a GATED community! I feel completely unsafe now. I tried to post about it on the discussion page for the apartment and they did not approve the post! There is nothing worse than sketchy management. Don’t live here.
