I have been a type 1 diabetic for over two decades now and have never been more dissatisfied with an endocrinologist. It could be because I had such a great experience before but Dr. Chen does not seem to listen to my need. I had to call half a dozen times because the prescriptions he wrote were not nearly enough and he wouldn’t change them. Anyone with diabetes knows how fun it is to run out of insulin and pay out of pocket costs on it.
