Just wanted to give a shout out to this organization and to Walter Quint -- manager. Sometime ago , I had a tire blowout on my semi trailer, just north of Hartley, TX. I stopped in Hartley at the COOP building, and Walter was just closing the business for the day. He took the time to put on a new trailer tire ---- Himself ---This is SO above the call of duty.
