Would give negative stars if possible - ROC was recommended by a neighbor - he started work on a mini split install May of 2024 gave excuses for a year - it’s July 2025 and he never completed the job / left lines everywhere and caused a leak in my system so now I have no A/C - now looking at spending 5k to fix his screw up.

Rahman Daley was hired to install a system in our home as well as other work. He was paid in full and never returned to complete the work. Other work he did had to be repaired by another technician. Buyer beware. You will have your money taken and need to get anything he's done corrected by someone else.

It genuinely hurts and disappoints me to have to write this review as this man was a family friend, and I trusted his expertise and work at one time. I paid him to install 2 mini-splits in my attic. He never finished the job after a significant amount of time, though he was paid in full (my mistake). Being that his wife and I were friends and our kids basically grew up together, I gave a lot of leeway. However, as other recent reviews say, he is unreliable and avoidant. He will say he is coming on a day and time, not show up... read more
