I have nothing but great things to say, I absolutely love my hair! I got my first blowout ever here and I will absolutely be back!! I was in and out in no time and my hair was beautiful and silky! I’d recommend D’Alexa’s to anyone interested in blowout services!

Very unprofessional, she skipped over me twice and did two other people hair while my appointment was at 2pm had me waiting for 2 hours she also had a attitude very bad attitude

Went to my first appointment, started off great but was disappointed in the lack of friendliness and compassion for someone who had never been there before. Got burned by the flat iron a couple times to which she did not care. Took care of a more loyal client that came almost an hour early for their appt before me. Furthermore, if I had asked any questions on the step by step process she seemingly got annoyed. On a positive note the silk press came out great, but can you blame a girl for a healthy step by step guidance.

My biggest concern was heat damage after my blowout but my curls bounced right back. She got me in quickly and my hair was sooo silky for multiple days in a row.
