I show up for my appointment made 3 months in advance and I'm told it will take too long for me to fill out the paperwork so they have to reschedule me for another 3 months out. I explained they had my address to send the paperwork work to me (as promised) for 3 months but never did. We had an excellent experience today 1/31/24 at this dental office! Myself, my son who is 10, and my other son who is 5 all had wonderful visits. The hygienist was very kind and gentle with my two boys. She gave a lot of sweet compliments towards my 10 year old and when we left he said, “it feels good to be bragged on sometimes!”. My little one also had a very pleasant experience. Both of my boys used to attend a strictly pediatric dentistry so I was nervous to go to a dentist that wasn’t only for pediatrics. Staff is friendly including the hygienists and Dr. Turner. The hygienist does a thorough job of cleaning teeth too.
