This PA has no concern for patient care. During the time I was there with my mother, for her broken foot, he belittled her to the point that when she left his office she was crying. For example: My mother was told by the ER to stay off of her foot. When when seen John D'Alessandro, he asked her why she was not walking on her foot yet.
