Would not recommend this place. Ordered contacts on July 29 and still haven't received them. I called on Aug 11 and representative said she would call me back and inform me on status which never happened. I called again today and a representative by the name of Maria said that contacts still hasn't shipped from their Tampa location. Then she would call me back in 15 minutes which never happened. Just annoyed that their website says they take tricare insurance but it’s a lie, they don’t accept it. They told me they don’t update their website... It just feels like a scam to go in and then “surprise we don’t actually take your insurance, give us your money.”

It's refreshing to go in an office and actually see the doctor at the time of your appointment. No wait and a very friendly staff!
