I called in a refill and due to my schedule couldn't pick it up for about a week and was having to cut my meds in half for that week. When I went to get it they refused to give it to me until I talked to my Dr who had no idea what was going on and why they wouldn't give it to me... The one lady that refused crossed the line as it's not her business when I take my meds, that's between me and my Dr and they put me in a dangerous situation just cutting me off my meds for the whole weekend and half the week before my Dr was back... read more
I would have given 5 stars until this evening trying to call in my prescription. I was put on hold for a long time after asking to fill my pescription. I ended up hanging up and calling again. This time they asked for m name and more information than before and I was never put on hold. I dont know what that is about, but parking people on hold to get them to hang up is unprofessional.
