Absolutely the best Pharmacy I've ever used. Fast and super friendly staff. They have done a lot for me in the past. One of the few things I will miss about moving from IL. Thank you to the whole staff.
Unfortunately I have had to look toward other pharmacies to fill my prescription because of the national shortage of a med. The person that I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude and wouldn't allow my med to be transferred there. A little disappointed being a locally owned pharmacy. I actually looked toward them first but again was denied. If I ever need anything filled I wouldn't even think about going to Dales anymore. This has happened not 1x but 2x within the last year. Hope everyone else gets better service.

Took my granddaughters to shop today for a birthday gift for their mother! Wow, what a great experience! Such sweet and friendly staff! Gift wrapped and all!

Best pharmacy in the area. Once you are a customer they know you by name. Very rare quality. Pick up, mail or delivery services. Everyone is kind and helpful. One stop shop for gifts, mailing packages too. I wouldn't trade them for anything.
