Really poor customer service. Refused to help customer's even though we already paid for shipping. Kelsey refused service because we couldn't pay for an envelope we already paid for. DO NOT USE THIS USPS SERVICE.
RecommendedAll of the staff are sohelpful and friendly at Dales’s South Lake Pharmacy. At Christmas I sent a package to my son, who is the military stationed on the east coast. In my hurry to get the package off in time for Christmas, I sent to the wrong address. I mailed the package from Dale’s via UPS, which turned out to be the best mix up that could have happened. When my mom was released from the hospital on a Saturday, we didn’t realize the pharmacy closed at 3 & closed Sunday. that’s where we sent her script for medicine she needs for the swelling in her brain. Her boss knew Dale’s personal number & she was able to reach out to him. He brought my mom’s medicine to her house himself. Definitely will be going there from now on when needed. ❤️
What a wonderful experience shopping in the gift store today supporting small business Saturday. I highly recommend shopping here. They had a very nice variety and selection for different budgets. Cute and unique items that you will not find at the big box stores. Employees were extremely nice and helpful. Thank you for the complimentary muffins, hot tea/coffee. Not to mention the door prize sign ups. Very thoughtful to your customers.
Special shout out to Dales Southlake Pharmacy & Erica Colee for your help figuring things out today with prescriptions and devices and the Fannie May chocolates made baby and momma feel 100% better :) You guys rock!!
Every medication question and concern its addressed completely and kindly. Wait time is minimal. Cute little gift shop area. Love that they have a post office too!
I have always received the best service. The staff is so friendly, service is prompt and the store is full of wonderful gifts, if you do have to wait 10 minutes.
