Becky does an outstanding job with Mila. Before Mila came along we had more babies who are no longer with us, Becky took care of them all. She treats them like her own. She knows their personalities, makes it so much easier to leave them without worrying. The remaining staff are friendly, professional, and provide great service too.
I’m always embarrassed to bring my dog in because she’s scared nervous and acts out, every employee is very nice, patient, and treats my dog with love and care. All she gets done is her nails cut their but I just wanna say everyone that works their is an angel super nice and professional. Thanks for treating my dog great!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
I have two ridiculous bully breeds who don't like to have their nails trimmed. Everyone at Dale's is super understanding, accommodates the pups' dramatics, and gives them cookies after. They're also extremely reasonably priced.
My boyfriend and I absolutely love this place. We moved to Columbia a few months ago with our 5yo male Great Pyrenees who is 100+ pounds. He has a history of severe abuse and neglect (we got him in Dec 2022 and are his 3rd and final home) and is fearful of people. He is terrified of men (except for my boyfriend), loud nosies, fast movements, and especially being somewhere new without me or my boyfriend. The entire staff here is always professional and kind, not just to my dog, but me too. It really says something when you go into a groomer's, and no matter how many dogs are there, how busy they are, it's a calm, peaceful vibe. I know my baby is in good hands when he's getting his nails trimmed.
