Excellent service! They showed up in less than a hour from calling on a Sunday morning. Thanks again for the quick response and quality service.
These folks are the best. I called Dale's when our A/C was out and the house was burning up. Rick and his assistant arrived two hours later, had the unit repaired and running in less than a half hour, and charged a very fair price. They are professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. I would wholly recommend them.
My experience with Dales Heating was awful and less than professional. I called him because my preferred HVAC could not get to me immediately. Once Dale was hear he refused to address the issue and insisted on just pumping unnecessary Freon into the unit just to up my cost. He refused to check out my inside unit where the problem was. After paying him the problem continued that very day.
