We were waiting all day after the technician called and said he would go on the spot. But it did not appear. When we called the store was already closed. So on Monday when we called they said they went there, but that is not true because there was a team doing repairs on the house, and they were all working outside, and No one was there. So they sent a very GENERIC email. I didn't like it, I don't recommend it!
On May 21, 2019 - Dales Gas to came to my home to move my pool spa gas heater 3 to 4 feet. The service rep looked at it, took some pictures, charged me $95.00 for his ten minutes of time and said I would receive an estimate on what it would cost to move. Today is June 28, 2019. I have never received any estimate and was totally ripped off for $95.00!!! I recommend you do not use this company under any circumstances.

Such a personable and responsive company! Axel came out to check our 2 pool and spa heaters. He quickly diagnosed the problems and repaired them on the spot. It was a genuine pleasure to work with Dale's Gas.
We were very pleased with our experience.
We had a major fault with our Pentair Pool pump. Dales gas worked to get replacement parts from them and install them as quickly as possible. Lacey at the service center is so helpful and friendly. She assisted and updated us with all the steps. I work in Hospitality so I’m difficult to impress when it comes to service but Dales Gas has surpassed my expectations.

I bought my gas heater 13 years ago from Dale's Gas and now that I'm getting ready to sell my house, I decided I should have it checked out to make sure it's working since I haven't used it in a while. Their tech came out, checked it all out, replaced the controls which I was not able to see anymore due to discoloration. It turns out that it had actually burned out.
