I dropped my truck off on May 9th. The truck was to be repaired from the recent hail storm. Most of the damage was on the roof, front windshield, and sunroof. The insurance company decided to replace the whole roof. A few days after the drop off date, I received a phone call stating that the roof they ordered, arrived damaged and they would need to order another on. On a scale of 1-5 I'd give Dale Tanaka and his staff a 50! These were the most professional, hard-working, trustworthy and helpful people I have ever had the privilege with which to work! Their integrity and attention to detail is unmatched! They were courteous and spent extra time to explain what they were doing and why they were doing it. If you want it done right, go to Dale's. Aside from amazing automotive work, at Dale's they go out of their way to see that you are taken care of. I work a hectic schedule and have little time to handle personnel business, so rather then making time Dale just had my car dropped off at my house. Outstanding customer service. I would recommend Dale's to anyone... Thanks..

My wife had an accident and had the car towed to Dale's Collision. Spoke with Dale and was assured everything would be taken care of and it was. I'm very satisfied with their service and highly recommend this collision repair shop to everybody.

Terrific Service – I definitely would recommend Dale's Collision Repair to anyone. I unfortunately was on the bad receiving end of our recent Hail Storm in San Antonio. I took my car to Dale's after I was told from another company it would take an entire week, Dale had it done in a couple of days. He even helped me out with another dent I had already in my car. I was very happy he went the extra mile, definitely knows how to take care of his customers.

Awesome service – Dales collision repair has awesome customer service the staff is very professional and curtious . Dale reassured me everything was going to be fine. I had my car back in as little as a week also did an awesome job looked like new. Have no problems since then . I would recommend them anyone that needs work done and the price is affordable.

Worst Place Ever – I had a hit and run accident, and my car happened to be towed to Dale's Collision Repair. My cars been in there for almost three months and they blame me for not signing a notary. When no auto mechanic has ever asked for a thing. They give times its going to be ready and then don't even call. Every time i call them they say something else is wrong with the car. This place is awful. Don't Go Here!
