We highly recommend Dale’s Carpet! The process of getting new flooring from Dale’s was flawless from the beginning to the end. Working with Dale, Cari and Scott was great. Our new floors look beautiful!
The staff was friendly and wonderful and the installers were on time very knowledgeable and did an amazing job everything was wonderful from start to finish
Installer showed up two hours late. Was told it was a one day install but took two full days. Walls and baseboards were damaged, all seams are visible and edges look horrible. Was told it would be fixed but several months later and they have not sent any one out to fix it. They are very kind in the store but once they have your money you don't matter anymore. Owners are also leaving themselves good reviews to make themselves look better. Should have went with Home Depot.
