I needed carpets installed last minute due to noise complaints in my building and I was in a time crunch. Dale was able to help very quickly. His family also left the furniture right back where it was originally which was a huge help being a single mom. Thank you Dale!
I had carpet installed 2 yrs ago and it started buckling and lifting off the floors and steps. Only 6 months after the install, the carpet started pulling away from the tacks and I had to call the owner to fix the issue. Im very disappointed since I had this company install a high grade carpet more than 10 yrs ago and it was installed properly and lasted more than 10 yrs.
