Had a couple estimates and decided to fix one thing for now. Went to pick up car and he had both things fixed (with no charge for the other)! Wonderful and super kind people ❤️
Dales was great! My week old Ram was damaged and they did a great job rebuilding it. Dave, communicated great throughout the process and made the process less stressful. He made sure the insurance company made all the necessary repairs and continued to after we discovered more down the road. I highly recommend Dales! After this experience I would make sure to recommend them to my friends and family!
I picked up my BMW from dales today. I had it there for them to repair a dent in my hood and repaint it. First off the front bumper was removed for the process and they put a big scratch in it, they said it was already there, I waxed my car one day before taking it to them and I know there was not a scratch! Second the paint on the hood is rippled and looks like it has peaks and valleys. After 5 days in the body shop, I have my car back tonight. Dale's Auto Collision Repair in Blue Springs did an excellent job and finished ahead of when they said they would! They're a State Farm Insurance approved repair center, so they took care of everything for me with State Farm. They provided a ride for me to and from the shop. Excellent customer service all around. My car had extensive damage to the entire driver's side, but now looks brand new again. Highly recommend Dale's in Blue Springs.
This shop is the BEST shop around! Great service, quality work, and it didn't take forever to finish! Only place I will use form now on. Thanks, guys - you ROCK!
