My husband sold an old vehicle that needed repairs to Dale's and were paid in part with a $500 credit for future services on any personal vehicle. On two occasions, when we attempted to use it, we were quoted outrageous prices in a clear attempt to make our credit of no value. The guy that runs the place, Mike, isnt the best. Brought my car there a few months back with an engine light problem, he had it for several days, changed out a lot of parts, charged me an arm and a leg and the problem still wasnt fixed. Brought it back and said he couldnt get to it right away because he had other cars to work on. (Hello..you charged me a lot of money but failed to fix the problem. Shouldnt I be a priority ?
