Not only did they try to sell me a larger unit than I needed now that my system that they installed four years ago is having problems, they lie and say they don't service Venice anymore. The owner had to come back a few times to fix things that were not finished properly on the installation. Also was told the system that was installed is substandard. Will not recommend or do business with them ever.
