Dalene, with Fontana Realty is AWESOME to work with !! She kept myself and my sister constantly in the loop during the selling of our father's home. Dalene helped us clean out my dad's home prior to listing it on the market. Dalene also helped us setup the staging of the house for both showings and open house. I can say with all honesty if you're planning on selling or buying a house please use Dalene Schultz with Fontana Realty !!!

We had a wonderful experience with Dalene listing and selling our father's home while many of the siblings lived in distant locations. She took a personal interest in our circumstances and was engaged with every showing until it was sold. When we had questions or issues that popped up, she would always pick up the phone to answer any questions we had and if necessary have a service professional that could address the problem in short order.
