I had a great experience with Chris my sales representative. He was very knowledgeable, professional and kind. There was so much to choose from and he helped me make the right decision. The carpet looks beautiful in my home not to mention the exceptional quality at a great price! I highly recommend Dalene Flooring….you will not be disappointed!
I called and set up an appointment for an estimate for new hardwood and tiling. An employee came out and took measurements, but I never received a quote. I called Dalene three times asking for the quote and they said it was forthcoming, but they never sent it. Waiting for their quote delayed our work on the house. We ended up going with Colonial Flooring and were pleased with their service and work.
High end and upscale also moderate priced carpets til and hardwood. Great looking show room!
Very thankful for this company and staff in working with us to repair/replace flooring. Its been several months since the installation and the floors look perfectly beautiful.
