Wanting to stay local with my purchases, I visited Dalene Flooring after seeing the work done in a friend of ours home. We had a pretty large list of "to do's" and wanted to get it done smoothly and correctly. After meeting with one of their Designers and decided on selections, the process went fairly smooth. We had our floors sanded and refinished throughout the whole house (it's an older house that had carpet everywhere). Poor quality & poor installation. After 4 1/2 years our hardwood floor was discolored, and worn looking. some floor boards are lifting up. Dalene"s referred us to Armstrong but they refused to honor the 15 year warranty on their flooring.
