I called an made an appointment to get another remote and key and they charged me $15 for the call. Will NOt have any service or repairs at this dealership,. Will Not buy anything from them again. They probably charge just for driving through their lot.
Had car in about 2 weeks ago & they couldn’t diagnose the issue. Same issue occurred 4 more times within 3 weeks. Took it back in, charged $650 to reset 2 values. Newsfeed said 750,000 recalled for same issue! If it’s a recall, why the $650??? Not happy!
We took our ‘23 CRV Hybrid in for a routine servicing. We saved $35 by using the coupon we had received by mail. Our bill included a tire rotation was $60 + tax. The service rep was friendly & professional. They have a nice waiting area with many amenities. The whole experience was pleasant & took only an hour. We will be back when the next servicing is needed.
